This notice describes the Agent Ads marketing website operated by Agent Observatory. This website is separate from Observatory research sensors and does not count visitors or website checks as observed AI agents.
Your website check
Only check a website you own or have permission to test. Your submitted public domain goes to our server, which makes a small number of identified HTTPS requests to the homepage, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and llms.txt. We use the AgentAdsReadiness user-agent; we do not impersonate an AI provider, log in, bypass challenges, or execute the website’s JavaScript.
Response content and resolved addresses are processed temporarily in memory, not written to application storage or logs. We return derived findings such as response status, content counts, and presence of metadata—not the page content. The domain and derived report are cached in server memory for up to 15 minutes of reuse; expired entries are removed on the next check or process restart. The report remains visible in your page until you leave or run another check.
No model provider receives your website content. These are automated HTTP diagnostics, not LLM-agent visits, a full-site audit, or proof of search-engine indexing. The destination’s hosting provider can observe the diagnostic requests under its own policies. We do not send the tested domain or report to PostHog.
Your trial application
With your permission to contact you, we save your email, product URL (without query strings or fragments), product category, submission identifier, consent version, offered plan, and receipt time. We use these details to review your application and discuss setup. They are stored privately on our Railway-hosted service, not in PostHog. We do not sell these details or publish a directory of applicants.
Applying for the $100/month plan with a 7-day free trial does not authorize a campaign, subscription, payment, or change to your product. Trial activation and billing require a separate setup confirmation.
Optional page analytics
Analytics are off until you allow them. When enabled, we send a small set of interactions through our server to PostHog: page views, call-to-action clicks, section views, FAQ opens, website-check starts/completions/errors, form starts, validation or submission errors, and successfully saved applications. Only fixed event labels, an allowlisted campaign label, and product category may accompany those events.
A random, in-memory identifier connects events for the current page load. It resets on reload and is not an agent identity. We do not send your email, product URL, input values, scanned domain, report, referrer, URL query strings, IP address, or user-agent string to PostHog. Person profiles, geolocation enrichment, session replay, and automatic text capture are not used.
Your choice
Use “Analytics preferences” in the homepage footer to allow or decline analytics. We remember only that choice in browser local storage; we do not set analytics cookies. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Declining analytics does not prevent you from checking a website or applying.
Hosting and security
Our application does not write raw IP addresses, user-agent strings, HTTP bodies, prompts, cookies, or referrers to application logs. Railway and other infrastructure providers process network requests to deliver and protect the service under their own policies; we do not claim that those providers perform no operational logging.
Retention and requests
Application records are retained for follow-up and are accessible only through authorized service administration. To request correction or deletion after we contact you, reply to that conversation. If you have not yet heard from us, submit an application using the same email and “Something else” as the category so the team can follow up. Do not include sensitive information in product URLs.
